1 How are your horoscopes created?
Each horoscope begins with real astrological data. We gather:

- ✓ Moon phase and lunar sign
- ✓ Notable transits active that day
This is the same foundational information a professional astrologer would review before writing a horoscope.
That structured data is then provided to advanced AI models, which interpret the configuration and generate the reading.
We do not use generic zodiac templates or recycled content. Every reading is tied to the actual sky of that specific date.
2 Is this just AI-generated "slop"?
No.
There is a difference between asking AI to "write a horoscope for Aries" and giving it a complete astrological snapshot of the day.
We provide:

- ✓ Orb strengths
- ✓ Planetary conditions (retrograde, stationing, etc.)
The AI is interpreting a real configuration, not inventing one.

By running the same astrological data through different models, we:

4 Are your horoscopes personalized?
Currently, our horoscopes are written for each zodiac sign based on the collective sky of the day.
They are not based on your full birth chart (which would require your birth date, time, and location). However, because we use real daily transits and aspects, the interpretations reflect genuine astrological conditions affecting everyone under that sign.
5 Do you calculate birth charts?
Not at this time.
AI Daily Horoscope focuses on daily, sign-based horoscopes using current planetary conditions. We may expand into more personalized features in the future.
6 Where does your astrological data come from?
We calculate all planetary data ourselves using the Swiss Ephemeris — the same astronomical calculation engine used by many professional astrology software applications worldwide. The Swiss Ephemeris was developed by Astrodienst AG and is widely regarded as the gold standard for astrological accuracy.
Specifically, we use SwissEphNet, a .NET port of the Swiss Ephemeris library. For each date, we calculate:
- ✓ Planetary longitudes (Sun through Pluto, plus Chiron and the North Node)
- ✓ Daily speed, used to determine retrograde and stationing status
- ✓ Angular separations between planets, filtered against standard astrological orbs to identify active aspects
- ✓ Moon phase, derived from the angular relationship between the Sun and Moon
- ✓ Sign ingresses, detected by comparing each planet's position against the prior day
All calculations are performed at noon UTC for each date. This structured data is assembled into a complete astrological snapshot before any AI model is involved.
7 Is this meant to replace professional astrologers?
No.
Professional astrologers bring years of study, intuition, and human insight to their craft.
Our goal is different: to combine structured astrological data with modern AI interpretation in a way that is consistent, transparent, and scalable.
We see this as an exploration of what happens when ancient symbolic systems meet modern computational tools.
8 How often are horoscopes updated?
Daily. Each horoscope reflects the planetary conditions active for that specific date.
9 Can I compare different models side by side?
Yes. One of our goals is to let readers explore how different AI models interpret the same astrological data. On each sign's daily page, all available model readings are listed alphabetically with jump links so you can scroll through them or navigate directly to a specific model.
10 Is astrology scientifically proven?
Astrology is a symbolic and interpretive tradition that spans thousands of years. It is not a predictive science in the modern experimental sense. Many people use astrology as a reflective tool — a way to think about patterns, timing, and personal growth.
Our goal is not to claim scientific proof, but to provide thoughtful, structured interpretations based on real astrological configurations.
